- Estimated time
- 20–35 min

- Areas to color

Coloring order
- Start with the bear in the blue scarf, its brown body, and the squirrel across from it, orange with a big curled tail.
- Make the mushroom table red with white spots, and give the pink teapot, the cups and the cookie plate bright colors.
- Color the stump seats, scattered acorns, leaves and hearts, then finish the bushes behind with two or three alternating greens.
Questions to talk about
- What do the bear and the squirrel talk about over tea?
- Who else would you invite to the mushroom table?
- If you were hosting guests, what snack would you prepare?
Take it further
Make a tiny tea set from paper cups and plates and invite your stuffed toys to a 'woodland tea party' of your own.
Age and time are rough guides for a child coloring alone with pencils or crayons; every child is different. The area count is an estimate counted from the line-art image.
