Coloring order
- Leave the big white dome of Boudhanath white, or shade just one side of it very softly in light gray.

- Alternate yellow and ochre on the stepped golden spire, then finish the row of little square openings at the base of the dome, and the gold ornaments by the stairs.
Questions to talk about
- What do you think the big eyes painted on the tower are looking at?
- If you walked once around the round white dome, what might you see?
- Where do people gather in a circle in your neighborhood? What do they do there?
Take it further
Turn a round bowl upside down, set a yellow paper tower on it for a mini stupa, and let a toy walk around it and tell what it sees.
Age and time are rough guides for a child coloring alone with pencils or crayons; every child is different. The area count is an estimate counted from the line-art image.
