Coloring order

  1. Color each tier of the two towers in alternating blue and silver-gray, keeping both twin towers in the same color order.
  2. Paint the sky bridge joining the towers and the slanted supports beneath it in silver-gray so it stands out.
  3. Last, color the pointed tops that narrow upward, the low building at the base and the glass windows at the entrance.

Questions to talk about

  • If you walked across the bridge between the towers, what would you see on both sides?
  • Can you find things around you that are alike, just like twins?
  • Have you ever been somewhere very high? What looked small from up there?

Take it further

Fold paper in half, draw one side of the tower and cut it out to get two identical towers. Join them with a paper bridge to build a symmetrical city.

Age and time are rough guides for a child coloring alone with pencils or crayons; every child is different. The area count is an estimate counted from the line-art image.
