Coloring order
- Paint Bau's big body in one cool blue or blue-gray, and leave the belly white.
- Color the fountain of water rising from the head and every splashing droplet in the same light blue.
- Finish with the tail fin, the coral and little fish at the bottom, and the seaweed on the left in bright, cheerful colors.
Questions to talk about
- Where does the water shooting up from Bau's head come from?
- What kind of song is Bau singing? Can you hum it?
- Have you ever been splashed and laughed about it? How did it feel?
Take it further
Cup your hands together like a fountain and make up a song for Bau to sing. Take turns singing it loudly and softly, and sing along.
