Milk and dairy Coloring Pages
4 food coloring pages on milk and dairy from the food balance wheel. The colors are clear, so they are good for learning color names, and each food comes as a pair: a color reference and black-and-white line art to print. Handy for nutrition lessons and for talking about picky eating.

Ways to use this collection
This small set has two pages: milk with cheese, and yogurt. One shows a milk carton, a glass of milk and a wedge of yellow cheese on a checkered tablecloth by a window; the other shows a yogurt cup topped with blueberries and a spoon. Every food has a smiling face, which makes unfamiliar dairy foods feel friendly.
Activity ideas
- After coloring the milk in white and pale blue and the cheese in yellow and orange, play a color-name game by taking turns calling out white foods and yellow foods.
- Draw a different topping on the yogurt besides blueberries, invent a name for your own yogurt flavor, and open a pretend yogurt shop in the classroom.
- Stick the colored pages on a paper fridge shelf, then send children home to find milk, cheese or yogurt in their own refrigerators and report back.
Tip If you add a tasting, first check that no child has a milk allergy; the coloring alone takes just 15 to 20 minutes.
